Ridiculous, just leave the man alone. I am not a smoker however believe they should legalize it since it is a national health safety issue. People should be confident that they are getting their weed from a reputable production facility rather than getting who knows what.

I am not saying it should be regulated but if you look at all the ridiculous regulations we have it is hypocritical that they are risking the healths of millions whom do not know what they are buying or whether it is from a reputable dealer. If it came out of the shadows people would know what they are getting and from whom. A company would not risk their reputation or risk liability by producing an inferior product.
