Did Obama just 'agree to carbon cuts', and now plan to pass carbon regulation through the EPA?

Anyone know how we fit into this?

Saying 'it doesn't go to the level of a treaty' doesn't comfort me since both Bush and Obama have decided it is fine to have executives sign off on treaties as long as they don't have the word 'treaty' in the title.

They pulled together a meaningless agreement - again. No one is bound to anything. The UN process is probably done for which is why they are claiming way more than they actually achieved. Nothing actually came of these meetings, they are trying to put a positive spin on the fact that they failed again. The Obama Administration, however, will try to use the EPA as a goon squad to force economic controls on U.S. Industries.

"Green Climate Fund to help developing countries cope with climate change" = Foreign aid to foreign client states and dictatorships - One half of the bombs/bribe system.

World government VIA this pretext is shot. Failure looks good on them, that's because central planning fails.

For world government to function:

1. You need it to be legal; All countries to pay into a general revenue fund. Those who do not pay have sanctions and threats of a physical nature used upon them by the rest. Rich countries pay more than poor countries, money is used to buy off the support of the poor for bigger world government.

2. All countries must believe that they have an equal voice or vote when in reality only a few privileged groups or nations control the outcomes in their favor. Majority still tyrannizes the minority.

3. Leaving the club must be made to be treasonous and isolationist. Otherwise the power drains away.

As for these "climate meetings", as long as they can keep the meetings going than the idea of world government can be held alive.

On a side note: Anarchy exists between nations, there is no world supreme monopoly in security and defense. Only certain countries vying to place all other countries under their control. Once the U.S. empire falls, there isn't much hope for world government.
