Let's hope it's a "Nixon goes to China" moment where the biggest porker is the only one that has the credibility to cut a deal and stop the other porkers.

The house already has a moratorium on earmarks so Rogers will have to be quite creative and bold to put stuff in there to go back to the old way of doing things.
