Exactly-and I bet there is no evidence whatsoever to support his ridiculous statement, I wish the Judge could have called him on that, ran out of time. I do like how he slipped in the statistics against blacks though, and the guys response was something to the effect of "because the searches happen in the high crime neighborhoods, where it's mostly black". Oh. I see. It's only dangerous in the "black" part of town, so you have no 4th Amendment rights while you're there, and especially not if your skin is below a certain shade of white. Got it.
