Ron Paul and him using federal funds for his district spending....

I'm sure there is another thread out there somewhere answering exactly what I'm asking, but can anyone advise how we can counter peoples' crying foul over Ron Paul's perceived hypocrisy of taking government funds to subsidize his district projects?

He is doing this because he is bringing the money stolen from his district back to his district.

Notice how he doesn't spend the taxpayers money on any other territory...
