I certainly hope this is Rand's strategy. I've been saying all along that Rand should do his best to herd in the tea party movement and when the time is right come out and tell them to support his father for president because he's the ONLY choice that will do exactly as he says in cutting down the size and scope of government.

Come on Rand, take the bull by the horns and pass em off to ole dad when the time is right!
