Hey guys can some dedicated individual make a video collage of ROn Paul speculating that the bailout funds were being used to bail out foreign banks and such? I distinctly remember Ron Paul (yet again) calling on the money with regards to how this money was probably being spent.

Also I know Bernanke has testified before congress quite a bit, hasn't he denied on one or two occasions that this money was being used in such a way? If so is there video on that? Seems like a very powerful pro Ron Paul video could easily be made based off this information.
