From Daily Paul...
The Federal Reserve, under orders from Congress, plans today to identify recipients of $3.3 trillion in emergency aid the central bank provided as it fought the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. The only catch in the article is that it says the Fed is being ordered to release the info by Congress, when in fact the Fed was sued by Bloomberg and a court ruled that they must release the info to the public. The Fed intends to post the data on its website at midday today! http://www.federalreserve.gov
