Are they going too far?

You have to friggin' ask that question?

Damn, they are going too far when they show up to work every day.
The TSA should not, and never should have existed.

The very concept of it is offensive.

If this was happening under Bush there would be mass protests from the Progressives as a political tool. They are quiet now under Obama since they believe the government should not stop here but be doing more. They are proud of Obama administration displaying his power in this fashion and want a further dictorial display from this administration.

The reason being is to terrorize any government opposition into submission. Over time they expect TSA policy to be forgotten and socially accepted. They will then move on to restrict further freedoms.

Therefore with eyes focused on what the TSA is doing here makes unified medical records, government managing your health care, real ID and other intrusions more socially accepted.

Just a theory of mine.
