On facebook's Ron Paul 2012 page, there are 87,833 fans.

87,833 people x $100 each = $8,783,300

On facebook's Ron Paul page, there are 276,414 fans...
Assuming 87,833 of those fans already support him for 2012...
imagine what could be done if we get even just a small part of the other 188,581 to donate.

That's an easy $10,000,000 money bomb on Ron's day of announcement..
IF we can get those other 188,581 people do donate at least $10.

I really think this is possible..
If word is put out on the Ron Paul 2012 page I'm sure we can raise close to the $8,783,300 goal..
IF people on that page are really ramped up for his 2012 run...

OR if we could just get 276,414 people to donate $50 each, $13,820,700 sounds pretty good... :)

Even just getting 200,000 people to donate $40.. That's $8,000,000 right there.
We don't have to get ten million.. Just beating the past goal will give us headlines.

I REALLY think this is more possible than some people are making it out to seem.

Surely not impossible, but we should probably wait until he officially announces before trying to plan anything. Unlike us, many people won't be glued to the Ron Paul news ticker and be aware the second he announces. It will probably take a little time for word to get out.

So for example, say he announces in March. It would probably be smart to plan a money bomb for sometime in May. That way it gives people time to realize he's running which means more people to donate, and also there's really not a whole lot to spend money on before that anyway. Plus it would be timed right around the first wave of debates which would create news waves for Ron heading into them. That is of course assuming this time frame is accurate.

But either way, we should be patient with planning the first big money bomb because nothing would be worse than having it be a dud.
