Here's the original (http://www.campaignforliberty.com/materials/Candidate%20Survey.pdf). I think this one vets the candidates liberty credentials a little stronger. What do you think? (I eliminated the NAU question, because I wanted the number of questions to be a round number, and I wouldn't want someone not to fill out the survey because they assume C4L is a conspiracy theory group).

Even Rand would probably answer a few "no" on this survey.

Which is why I prefer it.

I think that there's too many drug related questions. It would be better to simply ask one question like "Do you believe that the states should have the right to legalize drugs under the 10th amendment?"

People can anwer how they think we want them to answer. Even tough it's more difficult, a neutral-soudning test that asks for answers in their own words would be better. Example: What do you think would be the major results of auditing the Federal Reserve?
What do you see as the pros and cons of decriminalizing drugs?
Questions like these about health care, entitlements and taxes would give you a better idea not only of where candidates stand, but if they have any "clue" at all about these subjects. I'd like to see Palin and some others take this without prepping for it.
