One of the more trendy statistics to cite recently is from 2006. The TSA failed 20 of 22 internal tests where undercover agents walked in bombs and guns.

I flew across the country and back. When I got back home I was emtying out my toiletries bag which I sometimes use for other things. I turned it upside down and an armor piercing 7.62 NATO round fell out on to my bed. It burns me up to think those fucks threw away my brand new bottled water before I even got a chance to open and drink it but missed that.

not to mention all the skiers and boarders from the east coast that fly with their crappy east coast pot! why on earth anyone would try to fly with crappy mexican pot is beyond me but alot of folks fly here and bring their crappy mexican pot and all of us colorado folks have to kindly decline that crap on the slopes! Then we are forced(:) ) to help them by taking them on a safety break in the trees;) seed and stems yummy;) (sarcasm)

Not one of my friends from virginia/nc has been popped yet bringing their seedy crap thru tsa!!

Funny since I remember having my childrens' scissors stolen by those thugs when I was 10.

One time I went through pat-down security at a hip hop show, it seemed really intense..I had a lot of crap in my pockets, so it was annoying cause I actually left and had to come back through once or twice at least.. the second time I went back in I was listening to the show, digging through my pockets and realized I had my pocket knife on me.. I couldn't figure out how I snuck that past myself twice let-alone the pat-down security..twice...
