The big gap is worrying. The top 20 per cent of the wealthy Americans own about 85 per cent of the wealth, while the bottom 40 per cent own almost 0 per cent of them, many of them even have negative net wealth.

Yeah, except under the crony corporatism we have now. Then the rich use government to mug the middle class and working poor.

But government expended all social programs and added even more programs than ever before... how can that be?

Government spends more money than ever before but, the economy, standard of living, and futures are down.

Imagine that! We must grow government and spend even more... yeah, that's the problem, we don't have enough devaluation and debt in the phony wasteful crone policies!

And that's with everybody running out and bankrupting themselves with college loan debt in order to try and earn more.

Note that drop also coincides precisely with the time that the dollar was totally removed from any gold backing and became a true fiat currency, "free trade" agreements started being signed and the total import tariff rate was cut to next to nothing.

But this one is not truthful. There are always ways to not pay that much.

Biggest wealth gap in US since 1920s?

So does that mean the Federal Reserve, the Income Tax, massive debt and massive government redistribution of wealth have failed??? Surely not! The government told us these things were necessary for equality and fairness...

That is the only way to get rid of the wealth gap.

Yes, that would do it.

Course, I have no problem with "wealth gaps" or people getting rich.

As long as there is a middle rise in income and wealth along with it.

That is not happening.
