I agree with this one, except...

I'd start a dialog with the local sheriff first. Asking what he thought about the scanners and groping. I'd attempt to get him on my side. Then I'd record as much of the groping as I could, then call the sheriff again and file a complaint. Ask the sheriff to come down and state his state authority over the situation. I'd file a criminal complaint with the sheriff for state court. The judge could throw the case out, but I'd still attempt it. The point would be to get the state to stand up against the federal nonsense.

Open the trench coat and flash the TSA agents and everyone else for that matter. Make sure EVERYONE sees what TSA sees on the screen after being scanned.

Yes, many people have done it, and there has been no report of anyone being arrested or fined, so long as they were willing to undergo the pat-down.
