If they want racial profiling for TSA patdowns, why not Israelis and the Irish too?

Some political commentators in the US today have suggested that these TSA searches should be restricted based on racial profiling, which in essence means targetting only Arabs. If it should be based on a history of terrorism, surely they should include Israeli citizens and the Irish too? In the case of the state of Israel, there was an immense amount of terrorist acts committed by them as they took over the land. And in the case of the Irish, some 3.5 thousand died during the troubles in Northern Ireland, with civilians being hit with bombs even in London.
