Doesnt it go by Eastern Time since it has to coincide with FEC quarters which begin and end on midnight Eastern Time every 3 months?

I don't understand- what is the significance of "beat Thursday?" Do you simply mean that RP will get more donation money today than yesterday? :confused:

Actually I think the Edwards campaign sent out an email saying that it's relative to where you live.

That is to say, if you live on the west coast and donate at 2:30am EST, and so long as you donate with a credit card that has a west coast address, you should be included in that quarter.

This is not confirmed, but it makes sense... Don't depend it on obviously since the RP campaign may just have their database set to ignore it regardless of FEC regs.

i donated for you and for a pledge I closed out! And then again in the 5th!:D It wasnt a ton but its what I can do! Mayb esomeone else can eek out a little more too!
