"Broke" by Glenn Beck

I have been reading Glenn Becks new book "Broken". I have been presently surprised to see Glenn really coming around.I saw that Von Mises, Ron Paul and other Austrian economists were talked about in a very positive light. The book also trashed Keynes numerous times. I don't agree with everything Beck says or does but my guess is that this book will bring some more people into the movement and help out Ron Paul this coming year in the election.

I'm getting Broke as a Christmas present, and am really looking forward to it. I hope it is full of practical solutions to the problems, not the same old rhetoric with no real solutions. Knowing Beck, it is probably the former.

Actually, he does briefly come out against the federal Drug War, but other than that, it is mostly economics. Really good stuff, though.

Glenn Beck does what he can to get money. He writes a libertarian book, libertarians buy it.

Great to hear. It is definitely near the bottom of my large wish list, but I will probably get around to it eventually :)
