I laid in bed until I no longer felt hung over...

But the other day I was at my previous college visiting and i handed out fliers that were made for ozzfest. The guys were very receptive and asked if they could take stacks of fliers and those cool 9x11 ron paul stickers. They cleaned me out, so I hope they are putting em to good use considering i had like thousands(literally) of those fliers.

Our meetup was busy.

We participated in the Pismo Beach Clam Festival Parade this morning, passing out slim jims and liberty cards. One of our members decked out his truck in RP gear and we marched together. The Clam Festival draws upwards of 25k visitors.

After the parade, we had a caravan on the beach where several other events were taking place.

We also had our Ron Paul booth displayed at the Atascadero Colony Days event, however did not participate in their parade. We had great interest and many people mentioned seeing the NBC clip, hearing our radio interview and seeing our large RP sign on the freeway. Passed out slims, tri folds, cards and constitutions.

Last night, two of our members were in studio, for one hour, discussing Ron Paul with our local number 1 talk radio host in our county. It was a great interview and hopefully we get to do this a few more times.

Great weekend for the Central Coast Ron Paul Meetup.

Later.

Went to the local Republican Men's Club breakfast to make sure slim jims were on every table and also collected ballot petition signatures.

I also gave some RP supporters there some yard signs to put in their yards. Spread the love.

Myself and another member of the Edwardsville, IL meetup started getting signatures for the Illinois 19th congressional district delegates. Only about 2680 more to go and about 3 weeks to do it... :(

We also finished up my "phased" introduction of Ron Paul to the vendors at our city's weekend farmer's market. It took me three times going to them but I think I managed to get anyone who I had a chance of converting to at least consider RP if not support him. :)

I'm the only activist in my ron paul meetup group so I walked my ass off and handed out slim jims. Hopefully soon I'll get more to do the same. I love talking to people down here about the candidate that will secure our borders and condinues to fight for the second amendment. I though I would get yelled at today (first time handing slimjims out) but people really seemed to like what I had to say :) Ron is the man!

I hosted a fundraiser in Maryland. We raised $1400 for the campaign. I think I converted my brother-in-law.

Awesome! I'm going to try and get something like that going after the deadline for delegate signatures.

I've been strapping on my roller blades and putting up Ron Paul fliers all over town almost every night. They only last a day or two and then get taken down. I'm laying low for a week so that they think that they won.... however, little do they know that I'm mass producing not only fliers, but signs too.

I plan on going to the Virginia Tech game next weekend and passing out fliers.

Not much this weekend :( Yesterday we went to pick up some materials, and I also tried to talk to a group of antiwar protesters. Most of them weren't interested because they're socialists, but one lady was interested.

Gave a couple of DVDs out today. My 7 yr old has been doing a "booth" outside our house with signs and literature ready to hand out to anyone who walks by. We might go put some signs up tonight.
