They can't print money, but they can borrow it. And who underwrites, sells, bundles and profits from this debt? Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, etc...


At the same time, California's state Treasurer entered bond markets to sell some $14 billion in "revenue anticipation notes" over the next two weeks.

May be Fed can create some phantom money and buy those bonds.
