Treasury has jurisdiction over "every thing". People are always worried about "the Feds".
forget the Feds, its the treasury ya gotta worry about. Treasury funds/dictates "The Feds". This is what Ron Paul keeps trying to tell us, and one of the reasons that he is so focused IMHO. :)
