COULD THIS POST PLEASE BE A STICKY?
it's important info

as for the date - i spoke with a guy at the elections center in nh on friday and he told me december 11 is NOT a date - the january 22 date is also NOT a date - the guy sounded upset cuz he said NO date has been set and the the january 22 date was some arbitrary date set by the dems and is NOT correct!

THERE IS NO DATE SET NOW!

it is yet to be decided - it is decided by the secretary of state.

i was told to give until november 1 and call back.

also, iowa IS confirmed at january 3 AND traditionally nh is 8 days later BUT this year things are different - alot of states are wanting to change their dates cuz they feel it is unfair that nh and iowa take the lead.

this was told to me by a woman in the elections center in iowa on friday.

(btw i told her about dr. paul and she seemed quite interested, and going to check him out!)

i need to call HQ - the link to the page of dates is incorrect.

"Date of Presidential Primary: RSA 653:9 states that “The presidential primary election shall be held on the second Tuesday in March or on a date selected by the secretary of state which is 7 days or more immediately preceding the date on which any other state shall hold a similar election, whichever is earlier, of each year when a president of the United States is to be elected or the year previous. Said primary shall be held in connection with the regular March town meeting or, if held on any other day, at a special election called by the secretary of state for that purpose."
