too true! I know of projects that came in at 2x the quoted cost and massively late that were union jobs, but independent jobs working a similar contract at the same time came in below budget and ahead of schedule!!!!

Doesn't mater if we are talking building airports or resurfacing highways - the story is always the same...

Please people. Although its the third time in history a building collapses due to fire. The first two times were on the same day ie wtc towers 1 and 2
Although this defies all the laws of physics and engineering. There is one law that trumps all those obvious facts. and that law is "Theres a first time for everything". and building 7 has set the standard
so lets please stop doubting the official fire can bring down a modern sky scraper theory.
