Jim Cramer is an entertainer who on occasion can bring in good insight. Yes he is a charlatan, but nevertheless, he can still give good advice SOMETIMES.

Jim Cramer is most certainly not an "idiot", nor is he a "Charlatan". His Wall-Street experience/credentials/knowledge are entirely real..

Having said that, yes, he has a horrible history of believing his own hype, and making prognostications/recommendations that he had absolutely no business making.

Smart? Absolutely, as smart as he thinks he is? Not even close, but a lot of bright people fall into this trap..

I'm sure he's smart. Smart enough to do much of Wall Street's pump-and-dump bidding through his show. 9 out of 10 times you should fade Cramer's calls because he's not pushing them for your benefit. A broken clock is right twice a day and all that...

Cramer is a jackass. This is the same guy who said Lenny Dykstra was one of the best stock pickers he had ever seen.

Anyone who listens to Cramer's advice deserves to lose all of thier money.
