Should we go after guys like Romney, Huckster, Newt, etc and run damning commercials against them showing their glaring faults to the voters, or should we run positive Ron Paul commercials?

Discuss. :D

I really want to expose Romney's health care scheme and his support of the bailouts. I'm sick of the media pushing that he's some economic guru when he's clueless.

Attack dogs, this is what we do best. We destroyed other minor candidates back in 2007.

I say both.

Both. Positive about Ron Paul and never let up on his enemies.

Sites such as jackconway2010 and treygreyson2010.com were good sites for attacking the candidates.

I enjoyed the fredthompsonforums site myself...

absolutely both. running full page attack ads in newspapers would be awesome. I don't think the establishment would expect moves like this. If we want Dr. Paul to win we not only must support his moves, but tear down obstacles in his path. Here's the cool part.... we won't have to lie or exaggerate. All we have to do is tell the truth.

Even satire attack ads would be great...

"This primary, let's not forget all of those conservatives that absolutely love ObamaCare and socialized medicine. We want a Republican leader that will continue Obama's goal of socialism in America and we couldn't think of any better candidate than Mitt Romney who brought his own form of socialized medicine to Massachussetts while he was govenor. Support Mitt Romney this year and let's pave the way toward equality for all."

Definitely call out your enemy for being weak or wrong on an issue otherwise how else would the public get informed and select the right candidate.

Now all we need is a (real) billionaire or larger grassroots to fund the message and attack opponents. :D

Both, absolutely, but let's try to maintain a positive attitude even when we expose the statistics. Remember that everything (unfortunately) you do will shape other's opinions about Ron Paul.

Fixed and agreed with JC2010 and TG.info. I felt like the satire sites were funny but a waste of resources.

If we have web developers that know what they are doing... make sure that your project is taken seriously and create it early on.

The last 2 weeks I have been constantly attacking Romney on my FB page. I am going into all out attack mode. My plan is to use words like quixotic, fringe, wingnut, etc so frequently that they loose their meaning.

But of course i'll be positive when the situation merits it.
