Sami Mohy El Din Muhammed Al Hajj was the Al Jazeera reporter who was abducted and tortured in 2001 for 6 years without charges or even suspicion of any terrorist activities.
Bush took the reporter to interrogate him about the activities and workings of Al Jazeera.
He was released without charge on May 1, 2008 with two other detainees from Sudan.
He was trying to get legal charges against the decider, but I haven't heard anything.
