The full show is 1-3 but it says Rand and Rubio will be on in the first hour:

Radio broadcast on Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 1 PM to 3 PM EST:
Hour One: – What is the political fallout from the 2010 midterm election ...? This hour, delivering post-election commentary like nowhere else in media!
Republicans did not win because they are the beloved party. Democrats did not lose because they suck at communication. Now that the election is over, what has changed, really? I will tell you. We’ll hear from Rand Paul and Marco Rubio as to their perspective as well.

I assume p.m. I don't think Rand needs to go on shows at 1 am at this point....

Then I may be wrong. I don't honestly know more than it says in the article. Maybe it is a.m. In which case, right about now, right? No, wait, fall back.... LOL, daylight savings ends at 2 a.m. per google, so if it is a.m. it would be on now. I'm not sure how they handle the mid show time change.

I think it is pm. Somewhere else it had this:

and that would equate to 1-3 p.m. EST
