Ben Nelson is going to be particularly vulnerable in the 2012 Senate election, and so far his only declared opponent is neocon Jon Bruning. Are they any libertarians in Nebraska that we can recruit as a tea party challenger to Bruning?

It looks like State Sen. Tony Fulton is a proponent of state sovereignty in Nebraska. We ought to draft him into running against Ben Nelson.

Why not, this is how it has to be done.

Laura Ebke from RedStateEclectic (http://redstateeclectic.typepad.com/) and the Nebraska Campaign for Liberty (http://www.campaignforliberty.com/profile.php?member=LauraEbke) chapter looks perfect.

From her profile:
"I have a long history in GOP politics. I've managed a legislative campaign, sit on the local school board, and have a doctorate in Political Science. With the exception of 5 years while my husband was in the military, I've lived in Nebraska my whole life."

I know Laura personally and I do not believe she is interested in running for office. Certainly not for senator. Although that would be awesome. Check out this page http://www.nebraskacampaignforliberty.com/
