I can't help but feel it's just another way to co-opt.

since there are so few fiscal conservatives in the senate, the best way to change things is through the house. thus, Rand will have a chance to influence members of the house if there is a bicameral caucus.

Centralization of power is dangerous and corrupting. NO Tea Party Caucus.

The Tea Party has no Top leadership and I like it that way.
