Yep two years minus time served means he will be out in less than a year. How many citizens not protected by the system would get the same?

So for future reference. If you shoot an unarmed man, while face down and prone, just claim you thought you were using a "non" lethal form of coercion and site this case and see were it gets ya.;)

Sadly, I think it's a positive. I'd expect him to get 2 weeks UNPAID leave as a harsh punishment.

The Judicial system is every bit as corrupt as the other 3 branches of government.

They lookout for themselves at We The People's expense.

How was this involuntary manslaughter. I had to post the original video from youtube.com to prove that is just insane. How is holding someone down and assisting another in a public execution -- involuntary ? Am I missing something here, besides the truth ?

hes a Kings guard, he cannot be held responsible just as the King himself cannot be for wrongdoings.
