I live in South Florida, is it Illegal to walk with a Ron Paul sign on Nov 5th?

If you are on public property, then you are allowed to walk around with a sign as long as you are not disturbing the peace (inciting violence) or preventing other people from using their freedom of speech.

One person holding a sign doesn't require a permit. You only need a permit if you are blocking enjoyment of a public right of way.
