Or maybe he's just upping your ante.

I'll tell you something, if Rand gets in a position to, say, put a hold on FISA, I would expect Jake to be generating support. We may not see eye to eye on everything, but I expect us to be soulmates on some things. No need to go out of our way to antagonize. Friendly jabs are an entirely separate matter, however.
