At his house on Halloween we asked him what he thought he would win by. I said 17, someone else said 9, and Rand said 12.

it's never going to be 17-20 points in Kentucky simply because the Democrat party is still very strong there and there will be no shortage of tough challengers, elected office holders i.e AG, Governor, LT Governor or Congressmen

I am sure 10-12 points is probably the highest the GOP has ever got? I dont know but it's probably some record.

By the way, Rand has done a great job for the KYGOP because Jake at Pageonekentucky says their organization was top notch and worrying in terms of the Democrat party hegemony in the state.
