As of 11:55 pm in New York, with 51% of the vote in, Warren Redlich is at 26,681 votes (see source).

IF the tally is accurate, and IF it holds, the math says by the time 100% the
votes are tallied, Warren should have about 53,500 votes.

The LP in NY has apparently acquired permanent ballot status. Congratulations, NYers. Thanks to Palladino, for being so unappealing.

Between The Libertarian Party gaining ballot access in New York and the Republican Party losing it in Colorado, this night has brought more than its share of surprises.

With 77% of the vote in, Redlich is at 37,256 votes of the 50k needed, his rate is slowing. Perhaps his base votes in NYC and Albany have mostly been counted.

Let's see if your new GOP House will repeal even 1.13% of the welfare-warfare state.

I voted for Redlich, one of the few Libertarian party candidates I did vote for.

Looks like he was shy by 5200 votes. I bet if it was not for McMillan, Redlich may have made it. Unfortunately Howie made it to 50k. It was sad looking at the vote counts in my area and seeing so few votes that I actually could take a good guess who were each of his votes.

Too bad neither event happened in the end.
