On a side note the NC state senate is looking hopeful for a Republican take over for the first time in over 100 years.

It's past time to end the gerrymandering.

Well, that's why we need GLen in the NC House. He will help draw those lines, and I suspect that NC will pick up a seat.

Me, I'm all for gerrymandering Levin and Conyers right out here in MI.

Gunny won Franklin.

I'm gonna project Glen Bradley as the next representative for NC-49.

He's kept a solid ~1000 vote lead for awhile. Seems to be his comfort zone and that would be a huge swing required for May to end up winning.

MozoVote
11-02-2010, 08:53 PM
It's not impossible to lose - I don't have the registration stats at hand. If the last two precincts in Roanoke Rapids go heavily Dem like Louisburg did, May could squeak it out.

But I agree the trend has been good so far and I think a win is quite likely.

It's done. All 3 counties are in.

The vote won't be certified for a few weeks, but he has a several hundred vote lead.

Basically this was an example of old fashioned politcking in small towns. Shake several thousand hands, convince your neighbors to vote for you.
