The talking heads at Faux News looked like they probably collectively wet themselves this morning after announcing that Rudy Giuliani was “considering” running for president. Rudy himself then appeared (well, his talking head did, anyway), and announced: “We need a strong Republican National Committee that will punish Republicans who criticize other Republicans. Look at all those incumbents who lost in the primaries!!”
