How does Kentucky get a deep-thinking, principled conservative like Rand Paul, when Ohio is left with the scraps from the Bush administration in Rob Portman?

I'm going to vote for him, but he's not going to win obviously.

Probably true. Unfortunately. I've seen way to many Portman signs. Although, I believe there will be more people not voting for D's and R's, than in recent past.
