"LONDON — A very relaxed Rand Paul, the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, showed up here Saturday to thank about 65 supporters and urge them to get to the polls Tuesday and build a large winning margin.
Paul is leading his Democratic opponent Jack Conway in every public poll – although Conway says his internal polling shows the race close. But Paul’s confidence showed in several ways Saturday.
“You know the election is getting close to an end,” Paul began his remarks, “because you know what? I quit wearing my tie.”....
