Due to a voting machine programming glitch, 173% of registered voters vote Democrat for a complete sweep of both the house and senate. After a minor insurrection, a re-vote is conducted and the republicans win by a wide margin and immediately start impeaching every Democratic office holder and appointee in sight.

When the dust all settles, the director of NIH is prez and the director of the NSF is VP. Within a year a cure is found for cancer, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, impotence, morning breath and the clap. For the first time in recorded history the population is truly happy with it's government and partying in the street commences!

Here's my prediction, no matter who wins, nothing will change. (D)'s and (R)'s are two sides of the same coin and the entire election is just theater. And this election is not even very interesting theater, in fact it's really quite boring.

I can tell you this much, Roy Blunt and Robin Carnahan are two of the worst politicians ive ever had the chance to vote for. Blunt will win unfortanently. I will be voting for the Libertarian.

I predict More than 30 or so Idaho lawmakers well win their Re-elections by running uncontested.

I predict Harry Reid will experience an complete mental breakdown, Keith Olbermann will cry on national television, Rand Paul will destroy the Conman with 15-20%. I also predict that the new Republican Congress will screw the fiscal conservatives who voted for them over.

I agree with all of your predictions, except I think Raese will defeat Manchin and the Senate will be 50-50.

I think Rossi and Fiorina might pull it off, if there is a wave early enough on the east coast.
Dems will get discouraged and drop out of line, as they did in 1980.

A few new people will be elected, long time incumbents will stay in. Nothing of substance will change, per usual.

That doesn't sound like an election prediction to me.

Well, it is. I don't make specific predictions about parties and so forth, because it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things-it is a Grand Spectacle to keep sheeple distracted. (true patriots like RP will be marginalized and ridiculed, as usual)

Senate: R +7
House: R +55

For the Senate, the GOP picks up ND, IN, AR, IL, NV, WI, and PA.

I think Murkowsi wins and Buck loses.

Nothing changes as we draw closer and closer to the collapse of the financial ponzi system.

Alaska - Murkowski (think that's the spelling...)
California - Boxer
Kentucky - Paul
Nevada - Reid (the dead will turn out in big numbers for him)
Florida - Rubio
Delaware - Coons

Haven't been following the others much. Not enough hours in the day :p

We have difficulty spelling Murkowski's name, and you seriously think she's going to win on a WRITE IN?!?! I'm not sure I see it... I certainly hope not, anyhow... Miller is pretty cool! We need more who mock the neocons openly. :D

Republicans will win a bunch of seats in Congress.

Nothing will change.

Count on it!

I hope that America is pissed off, and shows it at the polls. I expect to see a record turn out of people upset with the current financial crisis, and the lackluster leadership in Washington. I expect a major shift in voting, with Libertarian candidates bringing in a higher percentage than previous years. Whether they win or not, they are making a statement that America is unhappy with the way things are going right now, and the other candidates will have to take look at what they are doing, or face revolt and revolution from real American Patriots.

I predict that today we will all forget how mad we were at the Republicans 2 years ago, so we can vote them back in only to complain about them for the next few years so we can then vote the people we are currently mad at, back in!
