A shot across the board and a 100 percent truthful one.

I like that one, I hope that gets to every ear in those states. You can tell we're getting serious now.

Mr Amnesty is going to have a tough time combating that, its funny how Ron never uses names, he is honorable. "flip flopping" I wonder who that is? That ad is good.

That is an ad that will appeal to the Republicans.

Still haven't gotten a hold of an MP3 for the first ad. Anyone?

So there is no way I can "steal" this ad from the campaign and independently air it?

Contact someone from the campaign. You're a spotlight supporter, so it shouldn't be too hard to get something going lol

hahahahahahahahhahaha

No I rather do my own thing and let them be.

I am not too fond of the "hurry up, and wait" deal this campaign has going. So I work around it and do it myself!!

(Hurry up and wait, means the campaign always pushes people to hurry up to get stuff too them, and then they sit on the material for a while before looking at it)

Let me know what you find out; I too would like to air this ad independently in my town.

The official campaign disclaimer would have to be edited out and replaced with a different one.

I would like to know if we can do this too and if so, exactly how it would need to be done so we wouldn't be breaking any FEC rules.

That's a great ad. It will make people look up Dr. Paul.

We don't have to follow FEC rules, we're libertarians ;) well, you CAN record it right from this mp3 here, but I'd probably ask for an "ok" from the campaign before I begin splicing it

You can, but it is considered an in-kind donation, not an independent expenditure. You would have to provide the campaign with details of your expenditures and they will count against your $2300 primary limit.

Frankly, it's a real pain in the rear for campaigns to track and comply with FEC rules if you do this. It would be better to send them a contribution targeted to running the ads.

Also, if you run the ads yourself, you probably won't be able to get the lowest rate that stations are required to offer candidates, so you won't be able to buy as many ads as the campaign can.

Yeah, that's a mess. Just use one made by a PAC and all is well (United For Liberty comes to mind).

Does anyone know how to go through the campaign's channels to find out who did that voiceover? I really like his voice for our TV commercials. We could hire him outside the official campaign and not be in conflict.
