We were going to work starting at midnight last night but our host had not completed building our dedicated server.

In light of that fact and the final Kentucky debate being tonight, we are going to wait til around midnight again to start.

If you scroll down the bottom of the page, on the right you will see we are still on version 3.7.2

They're upgrading to version 4 something

Still figuring around ten hours?

IOW, the forum should be back online roughly 1200 hrs CDT Tuesday 26 Oct.?

Assuming everything goes according to plan?

Not sure on exact time yet. Waiting on two different things that are out of my control first.

I'm hoping it's in the middle of the night tonight.

PS - did you used to have this on a dedicated server during '08 and then downgrade as traffic dropped off? Adsense must be treating you well if you're ready to fork out the money for a dedicated server. Congrats, and thanks, homie. :)

The trick is asking for free rep in the chat.

The trick is asking for free rep in the chat.

This is why I'm debating if it is worth keeping.

I don't want a gamed addition that needs additional moderation.

Has it worked pretty well? I think so.

Lies!

According to my rep bar, the best thing to do is avoid Econ and Sound Money...lotsa red reppers around there.

if the sort members by rep feature is accurate, Jeremy is still trailing many who don't use the chat. so maybe the chat rep thing is sort of an urban legend, or at least it isn't very influential.
