It is very frustrating. Those two people are brainwashed and have never run a business.

the solution from the statist is to make the top 2% really really really pay more to the government that could better allocate those funds for societies benefit??

Why do people that believe that the state just really needs to tax more think that the top 2% won't be able to land somewhere else in "the global economy" and give a middle finger to the tax collectors and fascists?? That's a "no-brainer" right there. Didn't the US get benefit from other innovators leaving totalitarian countries to land here??

Yes, the fact is that the top percentage of the US has seen an exponentially large devergence from most american workers in income level but to believe that simply riding on the backs of their earnings to solver our looming crisis is CRAZY TALK as if the government will ever be able to "build" anything for lasting productivity and self-sufficiency taking a larger "cut" of the action...let alone actually PAY DOWN anything (they GROW and SPEND MORE).

Sure, some roads, bridges and buildings that keep people busy but do not make society significantly more wealthy/productive are put together. And those who are a part of the government "gang"/racket that gets paid twice as much as comparable private sector employees are ecstatic about a "windfall". In addition I would venture to guess that the government hired "contractors" getting paid the monies may already be well connected "fat-cats" that need to be taxed more by this guys thinking!!!

Why bother to even have private industry at all DUDE ?? if we can have government lead the way as this guy believes space, medicine, etc. are advanced because of "government" money and interventions!!!

Have there ever been economies where the government consumes nearly all of the GDP? Wonder how prosperous, innovating and inviting these were and are!!??

Entrepreneur/employer Peter Schiff even points this out in this interview, and they still don't get it. Lame, stupid or gatekeeper?

This is not how you conduct a debate when the moderator takes a side and makes it a two on one.
