Okay, I guess it's not really "official" but it is a prediction thread. My predictions are as follows:

GOP pick up of 90-100 in the house and 11 in the Senate.

Rand by 7 points

Boxer loses by 2 points but Jerry Brown wins by a few thousand votes.

Angle by 2

Barney Frank wins in a recount ( probably several).

Tancredo wins by a few thousand votes.

Kucinich loses.

Christine "I'm not a witch" O'Donnell loses by 10

Rand wins and goes to make history. Jack Conways goes back to the private sector and never again holds elected office.

1. Ron Paul wins, and runs for president in 2012 after his son wins.

2. Rand Paul wins and Jack Conway is tied up and blindfolded, and sucks Aqua Buddha's cock, and is never heard from again.

3. Nancy Pelosi wins by 65%. Sorry, I call them as I see them. On the good side, she dies in 2013.

4. Sarah Palin plays Pinnochio with me; she sits on my face while I tell her lies.

5. O'Donnell loses, but she learns the spell Meteo two years later. (Final Fantasy II/IV reference)

6. Gunny Freedom wins, but turns out to be a closet progressive. ;) (just teasing)

7. Alvin Green wins but is later assassinated by Federal Reserve agents.

8. Arnold Schwarzenegger makes Conan III.

9. Lindsay Graham gets bogged down due to a homosexual affair scandal.

10. Senator Palpatine...I mean Lieberman...initiates Order 66.

Republicans have a strong showing. Conservative commentators take it as a que that the country is going through the process of revolution. This is used to help prop up the next puppet who will take down obama (possibly someone else) in 2012. Nothings changed, this ponzi is still collapsing.

Republicans have a great last minute push and win 101 seats, more than 1894. Buck wins, Rand wins, Angle wins, Miller wins after a long legal battle. Amash wins, Lee wins, Ed Thompson wins!

libertarian4321 votes for a democrat AGAIN, because the R is a neocon and a 3rd party candidate "can't win".

1) Republicans win 20-30 seats.

2) Rand wins by 3 points.

3) Angle loses by 1 point.

4) O'Donnell loses by 17 points.

5) Miller wins by 2 points.

6) Democrats and media declare victory, despite losses.

7) GOP continues to suck, so Rand, DeMint and others start to form breakaway group within GOP.

8) Republican party merges with Democrat party to form the "Democratic Republican Party". Rand, DeMint and co form the "Independence Party".

9) George Soros continues to fund the infrastructure that'll eventually destroy America.

10) China buys up American companies and Alaska becomes independent.

Or something like that.

libertarian4321 votes for a democrat AGAIN, because the R is a neocon and a 3rd party candidate "can't win".

Genius (you probably aren't even bright enough to realize I'm being facetious here), I've stated time and time again on these boards that I will be voting Libertarian every place I see one on the ballot (that includes voting for myself).

I used to vote Republican in races where there was no Libertarian, but I may not do that anymore- that's how much respect I've lost for my old party. I'll probably leave 'em blank or write-in "Mickey Mouse."

I'm voting for Kathie Glass (L) for governor (though I know Rick Perry will win easily). I'm voting Libertarian for House (I have no idea whether the Dem or Rep will win, it should be close- and frankly I don't care which one wins, they both suck).

I expect the Reps to get control of the House easily, but the Dems will probably hold the Senate (but will lose seats).

Rand will win by a few points. O'Donnell is toast- a double digit loss. I expect Miller will win in Alaska because much of Murkowski's "write in" support wont' materialize at the actual ballot box (people are too lazy/stupid/forgetful to do write-ins- it's a lot easier to show support in a phone poll than to actually do a write-in ballot).

Barney Frank will win, but it will be a lot closer than normal (probably less than a 10 percentage point win).

Pelosi will win in a rout- though John Dennis will do substantially better than any Republican opponent has in the past, probably around 64-32.

I don't know about Angle/Reid- how did those two ever rise so high in politics with such limited ability? When those two debate it reminds me of the old "Beavis and Butthead" moron-a-thons.

Most importantly, RON PAUL WINS BIG! :)

3.Nothing Changes.

ding ding ding- we have a winner!

I suppose if the Reps win the House, it will give us some grid lock, which is about the best we can hope for, but no real change.

Some people win some people lose. People get to DC and get corrupted. Nothing really changes. Movement becomes disillusioned because DC is a worthless rat hole that no one should throw money at. I come back in three years and say I told you so. Something something, solution through independence not DC. /shrug

Amash and Rand will win. That's it. I wanted Dennis to win, but meh...

The rest of the races are nothing too monumental and DC will not change a damn thing. I hope more people will get pissed off and somehow trip over Economics in One Lesson, read it, and wake the fuck up. Wishful thinking though.

Rand by 5.
House: GOP ten seat majority
Senate: within 2 seats of evenly split.
Angle-Reid result will be contested and Reid will be put in thru fraudulent means.
O'Donnel lose by 7.

Obamacare will be "tinkered with" but not repealed.
Another $150 billion + bailout passed during lame duck session.
National debt will rise more during lame duck session than in any 10 week period in history.

Watch three East Coast races. If by 8 or 9 Pacific time the GOP looks like they might take NJ 6, MA 4 and MD 5 then you will know it's going to be like '94... 1894.

I predict a bloodletting that will continue through 2012, after which point some seriously socialist crap gets reversed and we have a decade of relative economic stability and good cheer before people get lazy again and vote RINO's in.

My prediction: GOP wins, nothing much changes, but with luck the politicians will spend so much time bickering that they'll have less time to enact more tyranny.

(personally, I voted straight libertarian, not because they have a chance to win, but just to send a message)

There will be an unprcedented number of votes going to 3rd party candidates in the NY governors race. It will not be a Coumo landslide and Paladino will do better than expected.

Here in LA, john and ken, who run basically the biggest talk show in the area, endorsed the libertarian for governor.

They endorsed prop 19 too. Should be interesting ...
