Make your predictions:
http://wapedia.mobi/en/United_States_House_of_Representatives_elections,_ 2008_-_complete_list#Oregon
2008:
Grace Napolitano (D) 81.8%
Christopher Agrella (L) 18.2%

2010:
Grace Napolitano (D) ?%
Robert Vaughn (R) ?%

Vaughn describes himself as a "liberty" candidate, and espouses reducing the size of government while cutting taxes. Those principles are shared by former presidential candidate Ron Paul and the organization he founded, Campaign for Liberty, which Vaughn represents as the Los Angeles campaign coordinator.

You can factor in the amount of money raised in 2008 if you like:
Grace Napolitano (D) $425,757
Christopher Agrella (L) $0

I'll assume no GOP ran against her in '08 b/c the district is socialist dominated. Hmmm, $0 for nearly 20% of the vote... makes me wonder how well the Libertarians could do in other races across the country if they were the only opposition party, especially if they were able to raise the money to get some name recognition and the district wasn't a socialist slam dunk.
