Tried a dig early on, but reasonable after that. They missed my high points to be sure.

They did take me out of context -- I never said that John May voted to raise taxes. They took a portion of an explanation on other matters, and stuck it behind a description of John May, which it never was. I'm a little upset about that -- they were trying to get mudslinging out of me where none actually existed.

yeah, I'm uploading it to YouTube right now. Audio is awful, but it is enough to compare what I said with what they made me say. John May did not vote to raise taxes, he voted for an increased budget. They twisted my words into a lie. I'm actually kinda PO'd :mad:

The way they edited that put you in a poor light, from my perspective. His plan is pretty obvious, though: attack you and paint you as a fringe, radical candidate, and take the focus off of him. I didn't hear any of his positions on anything concrete. Pretty much 50 seconds of him attacking you.

Hey Gunny, you didn't tell us you were running against Wilford Brimley! Maybe you should let him have some oatmeal and back out of this race. ;)

I didn't think the interview was that bad but I believe you that they cut out your platform issues and gave Wilford a little too much time to attack you personally instead of discussing the issues. Can't say I'm surprised though. It's the media's across-the-board playbook for this election cycle.
