Something along the lines of:

Well, Jay, fundraising was as you know a real success last quarter, and we're really getting it together this quarter as well. The grassroots support has been amazing. We have already raised over a million dollars in just online donations, and a member of one of the discussion communities that have sprung up on the internet has been organizing a major donation event on November the 5th, so we'll see how that works out. In any case, it's been going great and my staff and I have certainly been more than a little pressed just to keep track of everything!

nah, that's lame. Ron's so much more major then that. He's an international celebrity. Jay Leno gets like 3 million viewers

Yea, no reason for him to say that. Just stick to the message of freedom.

One more reason donations should have been set for october.

Getting distracted by novelty ideas isn't going to win this.

LA county is the largest single-county donor in the country.
Jay Leno's audience reaches about 3 million people.
Ron Paul is an international celebrity. Let the people who want to be behind the masks be behind their masks, and that'd be the opposite of being all out in the open like that. Plus it's not even appropriate, so it really doesn't matter... just a fundraiser..... :)

It's Ok if Leno mentions it though.
Leno:I keep hearing this saying, Remember the 5th of November for Ron Paul. Something about a money bomb. Now what's that all about?

Ron: Well, it's something the kooky volunteers dreamed up, it has something to do with donating to my campaign.

Maybe someone should send Leno an e-mail about this.

Leno would never say something like that, I've watched him for like 12 years

Not a very good idea to mention something that hasn't happened yet. That could backfire big time.

Dude, I hate to steph it, but 'that's not gonna happen', Leno and LA are way bigger then a 200K donation day... even 5
