not going happen. Jesse Ventura has lost all credibility by the way. He had potential to be a very influential independent figure. I guess that is what publicly supporting 9/11 truth does to you.

He did have potential but he clearly doesn't seem interested. Even if he were, you're right, he's already committed major political suicide by doing this show among other things. I'm a skeptic, not a truther, and I still think Jesse has giant balls to make an entire show about these controversial topics.

Wren, the forum is over their Jesse Ventura phase. There was even a Bill Maher phase way back in the day; there weren't very many negative threads at all about him.

Ventura definitely lost his credibility though. He's wishy-washy, while he will speak against the establishment sometimes, other times he will completely endorse their shitty policies.

Abortion will never be illegal with out abolishing the two parties.
War will never have to be justified with out abolishing the two parties

imagine how many independent voters he could have brought over to Ron Paul at least from Minnesota if it weren't for his political suicide! Oh well.

Missed it, haven't been here very long. He's highly praised at the daily paul, so I figured people here would feel the same. However, I believe that most of his inconsistencies come from a lack of understanding on certain issues, not just for the sake of being a socialist. He doesn't seem like a full blown socialist to me.

Jesse lose credibility when he refused to criticize Obama and kept blaming Bush for everything, just like the rest of the liberals. Also, when in his book he explained how Gore had convinced him that we need a carbon tax. The guy can't be trusted.

Look, he is an actor and has a part to play in this whole crazy debate. The point he made though about parties not being mentioned in the constitution and the analogy that the parties are like gangs is spot on.
No more parties. If you want to align your self politically with a group of people it should be with those who appreciate the constitution for what it was drafted to protect and limit.

Ventura is right about 9/11 truth, right about the 2-party system needed to end, but wrong about so many other things, like liberty. He's pro-socialized healthcare and has an affinity for the welfare state. :(

I lost respect for him when he said something about the Dems being fiscally responsible, and not running up the debt; "Cash and Carry".
I don't think he is a liar though, just a little ignorant on economics. For some reason, alot of people who have compassion fall into the trap of thinking that forced compassion is best.

I would categorize him as a civil libertarian and antiwar patriot, but his socialist tendancies make him not much different than a traditional democrat, but certainly not a neoliberal globalist.

In light of the title, I'm shocked that no anarchist has posted, "Let's abolish the State!"

I'm actually surprised Theocrat hasn't responded with "Let's let GOD sort it out!". ;)

I'm still a big fan of Ventura, I like his style and appreciate hearing his no-nonsense answers to questions. I love the fact that he's not politically correct and will not back down from his 9/11 views.

I guess jesse ventura forgot to listen to Ron Paul and join the gop and become a delegate and get involved!!

If the leaders of the lp/tp/cp and the indys and voting block would get off their asses and start showing up to gop meetings and get involved like RON PAUL has said from the beginning WE WOULD BE THE GOP, starts banging my head against a brickwall so folks will understand this simple concept!!

Anyone who was convinced of anything by Gore is not to be trusted .
