This Westboro bunch are truly causing great harm to the christian belief. I just wonder if the SPLC is behind these idiots.

I don't get why people think the Westboro people "themselves" are vile. Their knowledge of scripture is pretty immaculate. They simply believe it is the end times and believe they are warning people. Not everyone on earth disagrees with them. Some people actually believe in what they are doing and have asked to join their rallies. Read their blog blogs.sparenot.com there are all sorts of people that write to them.

But WBC doesn't want anyone to join them. They are very focused in what they are doing. Everyone is just disagreeing with "how" they are getting their message out.

Beck did not defend that last position very well. He should have said, "If you allow them to be charged after the fire is put out, then that means that everyone will stop paying. Because, if people realize that they can just wait and pay only when their house is on fire, then everyone will stop paying because they are just wasting their money when the chance of them having a fire is very rare."
