No right to lawyer during questioning, says top court (http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/article/872791--no-right-to-lawyer-during-questioning-says-top-court)... In Canada all our rights are issued by the government and can be revoked at their pleasure.

Picture two Mounties and a detainee, ignorant of the law, in a room - no witnesses. What do you get? The production of a more "efficient" justice system.

In the U.S. you have the shreds of the inalienably of certain rights, in Canada all rights are granted by our controllers in their good grace. The population is as docile as smoked bees in honey season.
