The single best reason to support Ron Paul:

Someone should get Apple to pick this up for their Hot News headlines (http://www.apple.com/hotnews/).
Anyway, I figured I could do it. So, I found their suggestions area (http://www.apple.com/contact/feedback.html) on their website and wrote them this letter, put it on Blogger (http://ronpaulatapple.blogspot.com/) and set up a Digg.
DIGG IT! (http://digg.com/apple/Request_Ron_Paul_at_Apple_for_Q_A_about_Climate_Ch ange)
Hi Apple,
I have noticed lately in the Hot News section many links, ironically, about Climate Change. I think this is a very serious issue and I applaud Apple's pro-activity in addressing it.
I found a picture of a Presidential candidate Ron Paul using an iPhone (http://www.flickr.com/photos/ronpaul2008/858095786/in/photostream/). This makes a great photo op! He regularly trumpets the ability of the private market, companies like Apple, to provide cell phones in a superior way compared to government like FEMA. I did some research and found some of his Climate Change policy here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vbMly74cZ8
It would be neat if Apple invited Ron Paul to speak to its employees like Google did. Google posted the Q&A section (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCM_wQy4YVg) and it has about 300,000 views (talk about marketing!). By comparison Hillary's similar interview at Google has about 47,000 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwYKIsJwi2c). I think it would be awesome to have a similiar video of an Apple Q&A, with some in-depth questioning on the Climate Change issue, posted on YouTube that I could watch on my iPhone. If you follow through with this suggestion, please invite me to attend.
By the way, thanks for the iPhone it is a great product. I have already persuaded several of my friends, who I couldn't get to wait in line with me on launch day, to purchase one. They also love it. It really makes a cultural statement and having it associated with the 'cool' Presidential candidate is even better. I'll let some friends know about this email I sent you and encourage them to request the Q&A also. I also can't wait for Leopard so I can get my new MacBookPro. Your products are the coolest!
Sincerely,
