Ridiculously simple. It's just a 2d table pasted in in CSV, but the data feedback requires something that I haven't seen yet. Basically RPH or myself would send you spreadsheets or tables and you'd put them in and check to see if they were operating properly with the questions. We'd greenlight the call volunteers, and c4b.net would go hot.
